This section is going to first full month and what you should focus on in order to have a successful month. This is a process you should look to implement for each month of your business, week to week and month to month.
It is important to set a target of what you want to achieve in the first month. In the Launch Tracker document, you can view “Goal Setting Month 1” to see how we are going to break down the first month. In order to achieve this first goal, we want to make sure we are focused on the one thing that matters most at this point of the business, booking sales revenue (aka topline revenue).
The goal for the first month is to be at least at $3.5k revenue.
This will drive all decision making for the rest of the month. As you look at this tab, you will notice a couple different metrics that will help you understand the minimum targets you need to hit in order to our goal. This process of reverse engineering will inform us of the exact actions we must take.
Once you know your goal and targets, it is up to you to be monitoring and tracking your progress to hit these goals. If you are not hitting your goal, it means you are not hitting your target levels. If you are not hitting a specific target level, you should be able to identify where specifically you are failing.
