Reviews are one of the important metrics for measuring a business's success, as it showcases social proof to new potential Clients with regards to how well your business operates and provides services to Clients. High ratings on reviews can indicate that a business has been consistently providing a high level of service or product quality over a long period of time. This is your goal as a business.
Over time, high ratings become an organic growth strategy for your cleaning business as it naturally will appear across all searches more frequently, improving awareness and lead generation.

A review request process is simply a systematic approach towards getting a review. there a couple different ways to do this, which are outlined below.
This is my preferred option. This involves receiving feedback from the Client on how the cleaning went, asking for feedback if anything could have been improved, and an opportunity to politely ask for a review.
<aside> 🚫 Only ask for a review if the Client is 10/10 happy with the service, if they are not satisfied - DO NOT ask for a review. Instead offer them additional service or credit to ensure their satisfaction and protect yourself from a bad review.
